Friends looking for home

Hello! We are Cristian, Chad and Jo, and Cristian’s Samoyed dog, Shiro. Our age is between 32 and 38 years old. Together we are looking for a long-term house to care for in beautiful Göteborg. We choose to share & build a home with together as life is much more meaningful and rewarding as a community. Chad works with events, music and fashion. Spending his time organizing dance-events, producing music and connecting with friends. Jo is an artist, game developer and enjoyer of all things aesthetic. Most of her time is spent creating visually, caring for her plant friends or delving into a book. Cristian works as a design engineer at Volvo Cars. He is a social and handy person that likes to take care of the house and spends a lot of time in nature together with Shiro. Shiro is a lovely and stubborn 9 year old dog in a continuous search for love and attention. Together we want to create a loving collective with 5-6 people and find a house to build & create a long term home. The three of us have a stabile income with no payment notes. We are looking for: * Independent living * 7-8 rooms (5-6 bedrooms) * Balcony, garden or terrace * Well connected area * Max 5 people / 25,000 SEK and 6 people / 30'000 SEK If possible: * Dishwasher * Bathtub * Parking * Calm, green and cozy area, preferably close to nature Areas we prefer: * Centre: Landala, Johanneberg, Krokslätt. * Örryte: Bö, Skår, Kallebäck, Lunden, Kärralund, Redbergslid. * Majorna-Linné: Majorna, Kungsladugård, Änggården, Annedal, Olivedal. * Western Gothenburg: Hagen, Sandarna, Nya Varvet, Kungsten. * Högsbo: Högsbotorp.
