Couple looking for housing in Malmö

Hej hej! We are Denis and Charlotte and we both finished our master's program at Lund University last summer. Now Denis is working full-time in Ikea and Charlotte is doing an internship in Copenhagen. During the week Denis is going swimming and biking and Charlotte likes kitesurfing. We are looking for an apartment relatively close to Triangeln or Malmö central train station because of our job commutes. Preferably the apartment is unfurnished and with the possibilty for renting over a longer period of time (at least a year). Since we are both old building enthusiasts, we would love to live in a turn-of-the-century building, but its of course not a must :) We need to move out from our current place from the 1st of April, however if we find a nice place from before that would be fine as well. We don't have any pets or play music instruments. For reference you could contact our current landlord, who would give you his recommendation. We would be happy to hear from you!
