High dual-income family. Long-term. Start Jan-Apr 2025

Hello everyone. We're Ryan and Christina originally from Tampa, Florida, USA and have been in Stockholm since April 2021. We moved out of the city for the last year and are looking to move back into the city! We have a 1.5 year old daughter and 9 year old dog (Mason). Mason is great with people and kids. We're flexible on the start/move-in date to be anywhere between January and April 2025. Ideally looking for a minimum 1 year contract, but okay starting with 6 months if you’d like. We both have full-time executive level jobs at a global accounting firm and SaaS company, so we have stable and sufficient income. We're also homeowners in the US and rent our home out, so we're pretty handy and know how important it is to take care of a home. We're both 35 years old. We're looking to spend up to 32k SEK/mo for a furnished apartment, or up to 28k SEK/mo for unfurnished, depending on the accommodation. Would prefer to be in either Sodermalm, Kungsholmen or Vasastan (close surrounding areas are okay too). A half room that we can convert into a temporary bedroom would be great, but not required.
