PhD student looking for apartment / room from December

Hi :) I'm Giorgio a PhD Student at Stockholm University. I lived in Stockholm for 3 years already and recently started the PhD which will last for the next 4 years. I'm calm and love to keep my place clean and tidy. Ideally I'm looking for something long-term, starting December with: 1.5 rooms (kitchen separate) >25 m2 near the city and subway (preferred areas Sodermalm, Kungsholmen, Arsta, Aspudden, Hammarby, Gardet) max ~10k sek including utilities furnished Bonus: balcony near nature or water Super-bonus access to sauna This ad is for small apartments, but I'm also open to renting a room in a shared apartment. I'm interested in sustainability, love doing sports and reading.
