The bassinet has a mattress and can also elevate the head or have the baby lay flat. Tires are puncture proof and are big enough that the stroller can go anywhere easily - city, woods, trails, snow. Used with one child from birth and most recently was at the förskola for nap time. Everything works and is in really good condition. No marks on the fabrics and is not sun bleached.
