Siberian cat Coconut looking for loving home

I am looking for a suitable home for my Siberian female cat, Coconut. I am unable to provide an adequate environment as I am living in an apartment. Coconut needs to be outside, preferably a house with a nearby garden or forest as she is seeking for outdoor activities such as climbing trees and hunting. Coconut is loving, loyal, and good-natured cat, 7 years old with a pedigree. She is very smart, communicative, and snuggly with her favourite human. She appreciates cuddling when it suits her and likes to lie close and keep you company. As she is Siberian she is a hypoallergic cat that does not induce allergies in humans. She is also trained to be led on a harness and a leash if you would like to have a walk together. Coconut is a great traveller, we travelled together by car, train and plane and she is quiet during trips. She has been neutered, chipped, and vaccinated, and she is in very good health (teeth as well). Coconut has lived in my home without any other cat and she is looking for home where she can be only cat. Coconut will have with her toys, a scratching post, a transport cage, harness, car belt and a litter box when moving. I would like to find her a loving home in Göteborg, Mölndal or nearby places so I can help integrating her in the new environment. The price is not the most important thing, I am open to discussion as long as I feel that Coconut will get a good home. I love her very much and it is very important to me she finds a home where she can be outdoor and the most importantly a loving owner who will take a good care of her.
