Vinisce

We are selling an attractive building plot, only 50 meters from the sea in Vinišce (center). The plot has a regular shape, the total area is 1003 m2 and it is located next to the paved road, all connections are located in the immediate vicinity of the plot. The project envisages two floors, each with 93.8 m2 of closed space and about 30 m2 of open space. Vinišce is a small fishing village located only 12 km from Trogir in a beautiful bay with crystal clear sea. Vinišce was mentioned for the first time in the documents of the Trogir Chapter from 1272, but the exact time of the establishment of the settlement is still unknown. The Illyrian fortifications and the remains of Roman buildings were inhabited even before. Among the historical sights in Vinišce and its surroundings, you can visit the church of the Blessed Virgin Mary (it is located in Orihovica, it was founded by the Benedictines in 1272, around it there is an old slave house with stecki), the church of St. Anthony of Padua (built in the 18th century), the church of St. Ivan (it is located on Cape Ploca, built in 1332, according to legend, at the place where St. John of Trogir miraculously saved the people of Šibenik whose ship sank) and the parish church of the Heart of Jesus (there is a painting by an unknown author from the 19th century) . The town is known for its small bays with beautiful pebble and sandy beaches, the most famous of which are Voluja, Ricevo, Vrelo, Stari Trogir and Sicenica. During the summer, as in every Dalmatian town, various festivals are organized in Vinišce where you can enjoy local specialties, local wine and pleasant music in the evening. Fans of sports and active vacations can enjoy football, volleyball, basketball, cycling, sailing, jet-skiing and many other activities.
