1982 FENDER ́62 REISSUE STRATOCASTER, BLACK FIRST YEAR FULLERTON. In collector-grade condition and in full working order. Fullerton Era reissues were the first ever made. They are considered by many players and collectors as the closest to the pre-CBS original Strats. They were made by hand, using the same methods, templates and even tools as the pre-CBS ones. They were produced for a short period of time, between 1982 and 1984, before Fender moved from Fullerton to Corona in 1985 (where also CNC machinery production was implemented and replaced hand crafting). Alder body, Rare custom color Black nitro-cellulose lacquer finish in near mint condition. Custom colors accounted for only 10-15% of AVRI production. Slab rosewood fretboard, Neck date 6-10-82. Serial number V004441. No line RI Kluson tuners. White-guard, Original rare dark gray bottom pickups, The dark gray bobbin pickups sound the same as the 'famous' red bobbin pickups. Same construction. Pickups rates: Neck pickup 5,80K, Middle pickup 6,65K, Bridge pickup 5,16K. Staggered poles. Pots R137 8226, 5-way switch. 3,6 kg.
